How long do transactions take to confirm?

How do I recover my wallet if I lose access?

Your 12-word Secret Private Key Recovery Phrase is the only way to restore wallet access. Write it down and store it securely offline. NEVER share this phrase with anyone - not even MetaMask support.

What are network fees and who receives them?

Network fees are paid to blockchain miners or validators. MetaMask does not receive network fees - they go directly to the network. You can choose custom fee levels to balance cost and speed.
